Can I use regular wood in my stove?

No, this stove is designed exclusively to burn wood pellets.

Can I use the stove on a wooden deck?

Yes, our heaters can be used on wooden decks. However, we strongly recommend using a heat-resistant mat (sold separately).

Can I use this stove in an enclosed conservatory?

No, for safety reasons we recommend outdoor use only.

How do I light the pellets?

Follow these instructions:

  1. Check that the grid and the guillotine are correctly positioned.
  2. Pour the pellets into the hopper
  3. Insert the blowtorch into the ignition eyelet
  4. Keep the torch running for about 3 minutes
  5. Remove the blowtorch and close the eyelet.

Do I need to assemble the stove?

Yes, the patio heater is made up of several parts that must be assembled according to the assembly instructions.

How long does a bag of pellets last?

A 40 lb bag of high-quality pellets provides approximately 8 hours of heating. A full hopper provides approximately 1 hour of burn time for the Standard model.
